Well it seems like 4shared really doesn't care about it's clients, paid or otherwise.
The ads they let run on their pages have become infected and are spreading a very nasty virus around. It's bad enough they allow you to store items from other accounts
and god knows about the comment fiasco a few months back.

You only get one chance to make a 1st impression

Lucky for me I don't even bother with Internet Explorer anymore.
I use Firefox and run add-ons to keep my PC clean.

I have also switched to File Savr for my freebies. it's $1 a month and completely ad free.
